Grupo Espacio Industrial is a group of companies whose vision focuses on being a national and international benchmark in integral services for the industry, as a contractor for the manufacture of mechatronic equipment and industrial and specialized customized wiring; and as a provider of installation services, maintenance, energy efficiency and other industrial value-added services.

Through this document, the General Management assumes a model of Quality Management System for all the companies of the Group oriented to achieve the fundamental objective of: providing competitive quality services, and using our experience to help ourselves to consolidate ourselves in the market, trying to provide more added value to our customers.

In order to achieve this objective, the General Directorate establishes the following commitments:

1. Find customized solutions for each customer and product/service demanded.
2. To seek the continuous improvement of productivity, profitability and efficiency in all our processes and optimization of our resources, both human and material.
3. Comply with all client, legal and regulatory requirements that are applicable for each product or service.
4. Inform, train and motivate staff to carry out the above points, favouring participatory behaviour and assuming responsibility for continuous improvement.

The Management is committed to promoting awareness for the fulfilment of these commitments, allocating the necessary resources and requesting the commitment of all the employees of the companies of Grupo Espacio Industrial, in so far as it corresponds to them to understand, develop, apply and perfect the instructions and criteria defined in the documents of the Quality Management System.

Through this document, the General Management of Grupo Espacio Industrial acquires the commitment of respect and environmental sustainability as one of the corporate values ​​of the Group, having as a global objective the continuous improvement of its environmental performance, and in particular to:

• Significantly reduce environmental impacts, emissions, discharges, inert and hazardous waste from the Group’s operating processes, as a means to achieve pollution prevention and efficient and responsible resource consumption within a framework of sustainability and eco-efficiency.

• Comply with all regulations, regulations and current legislation that affect the Group’s processes; and especially, those that are a requirement of the clients, making internal and external the fulfilment of the same ones.

• Require all interested parties in the production process, in particular subcontractors and suppliers of products and services, the implementation of environmental policies based on the corporate values ​​of the Group and compliance with regulations and legislation in force, participating in their processes only those that meet this requirement.

• Promote, motivate, inform and train workers, middle managers, managers and the Board of Directors on the responsible consumption of energy and material resources, as well as the participation in environmental initiatives of the Public Administrations, local entities, etc., both internally and in their daily life.
